FLASH — Adhesive Remover

FLASH is D-TAIL LAB’s lightning-fast adhesive remover designed to break down sticky residues from decals, badges, tapes, labels, and more — while also pulling double duty for many degreasing tasks in the shop.

What FLASH Does

Dissolves stubborn glue and gummy residues so they wipe away with minimal effort, helping you restore a clean, uniform surface without heavy abrasion. Also effective as a spot-degreaser on oils and tar. 

Why You Need FLASH

Where to Use It

• Automotive paint (clear-coated) — badge/decal/tape residue (always spot test)
• Glass and metal trim
• Most exterior plastics and painted plastics (spot test; avoid raw/porous plastics)

Directions

1. Work on a cool, clean, shaded surface. Wash off loose dirt first.
2. Shake well. Spray a small amount onto a microfiber or directly onto the residue.
3. Allow a brief dwell while monitoring. Do not let the product dry.
4. Gently agitate with a soft microfiber or plastic razor (if needed), then wipe away.
5. Rinse or wash the area with a pH-neutral shampoo and dry. Repeat light passes only if required.

Compatibility & Precautions

• Always spot test in an inconspicuous area — especially on matte/satin finishes, raw plastics, and fresh resprays.
• Avoid hot panels and direct sun. Remove overspray from rubber and glass promptly.
• Wear gloves; ensure adequate ventilation. Keep away from ignition sources.
